Sendo cancels Z100 smartphone.
« on: November 08, 2002, 01:51:15 AM »
Yet again, another Amiga partner has pulled a product on which the DE was supposed to ship. According to the notice on their web site, due to the inability to get source code from Microsoft, they are officially cancelling the Z100 "SmartPhone." Instead, they will be partnering with Nokia (hello Amiga, Inc. - Nokia rules the cel phone market - they're a partner you can't afford not to have!). >sigh<

I didn't mean to imply that Sendo had dumped Amiga necessarily. But, since there's no DE for Nokia phones, the future of the partnership is in question. My suggestion was that Amiga port the DE to Nokia. Couldn't hurt.
