other than that, get the ADF files onto the miggy in some way and use something like ADF2DISK on aminet to write the adf file back to disk. trouble is, it doesn't support RAD disks
but there may be some adf disk manager on aminet that can. i've found something i like working with and it works for me, so ymmv
