I had a couple of MO drives back in the day. a 3.5" 650meg job, and a 5.25" 2.6gig...
hot removeable? nope not really. manual mount lists? yup.
OS3+ HD toolbox has a lot to offer for all its faults.
i'd say they were an interesting dalliance that looked good making up a full scsi chain. it's easy enough to get working with a bit of effort.
just check see if you got WORM discs or R/W's. WORMS as archives made sense till you realise the media'll outlast the drives to read it back. :D

got a DDS3 tape drive to read back some 4mm tapes of my full fat amiga setup from back in the day. that tape drives not seen power in over a decade, plus I have no idea if I can find the Diavolo to read the data back. :)
