so hang on, you want to boot from floppy? or run the demos from a workbench enviroment off of your CF harddisk?
i have "arte" on floppy as a "trackmo" from aminet. usually good as a testing tool as it hammers the graphics, sound, and as it turns out, is a test of the floppy drive too. and just needs an OCS/ECS 1Mb machine to run.

there is plenty of stuff on aminet, provided you have an easy way of getting it onto a floppy for your A600 :-)

as of WHDLoad, i'm not sure how it works, but don't you need someone to write a 'slave' for whatever program you want? but agreed, it seems to be able to (provided you have a copy of the 1.3rom in devs:kickstarts) emulate(:-?) rather well...

the ocs/ecs options should be under "display" on the amigas early startup menu... at least with an A600, youwon't have to worry about CPU caches ;-)

A500, A600, A1200x3, A2000, A3000, A4000 & a CD32.
and probably just like the rest of you, crates full of related "treasure" for the above XD
