Just look up the motherboard on the manufacturers site, and it should tell you the maximum and/or type of processors that the motherboard can take. It just must require a little more looking, as someone must have made it... Ah, the manufacturer is TriGem btw.

What made you think it was a P4 in the first place? To clear up some things said in this thread, especially as Amiga1260 said Celeron P4...

A Celeron is a Celeron and a Pentium 4 is a Pentium 4, there is no such thing as a Celeron P4 or any other combination.
