Yes up till the second connector. PC ones are -
Conn ---------- Conn ---><-- Conn
Where as Amiga cables are -
Conn ---------- Conn ------ Conn
(where the >< is a partial crossover) so unless you manually uncrossover it, you can't use the second connector.
