I wouldn't worry so much about whether it's C= or Escom, condition should be #1 priority. The Escom units have slightly whiter plastics and there's a potential nag with the floppy drive (easily resolved), while the C= era units are more likely to have leaking capacitors (also no biggie).Of course, a mint C= era model *might* ultimately have more collector value, though I haven't seen any real difference in prices between the two here in the States (where they're both somewhat rare).*edit* BTW, if the computer is is nice shape, 140 euro would be a steal over here.
If you are just a collector and you are not going to use it don't buy it.I really dislike these collectors who buy this stuff just to joy of owning.
