I see an attempt to provide excessive leverage when a PM and a "query" over IRC does not get answered.

Fact is boys, I have been on business for two weeks In a different country, and I didnt get a lot of time to catch up each day and I wasn't at home so I didn't see your query messages Fabio which were sent to my home.

I don't know where this "few hours" came from but I guess its all part of the master plan to try and attempt yet another "put up or shut up" smear campaign. Given I have read the comments on ANN and Moobunny I can't say I am in a particularly good mood right now.

Its a rebuild of the linux sources on linuxPPC ( with a few tweaks to get something to appear ). Go do it yourself Fabio, its long and tedious but its not that difficult.

In the meantime there is ONE person who contacted me in a pleasant way called Markus who I will be co-operating with.

With the increasing numbers of frustrated AmigaOne owners without an Amiga-ish OS to run on their new computers, it is excellent news that at last they'll be able
to use a friendly and familliar system.

Thats funny,  because they have AOS3.x on UAE which is far superior to AROS. Around now (Im not caught up so forgive me if this is wrong ) they also should have access to the AOS4 beta which kind of negates the point of AROS.

We are currently awaiting DaveP to send us the source code so we can publicly release AROS for AmigaOne on our website.

No, you are currently awaiting DaveP to agree to co-operate with people that have done their best to totally destroy his reputation over the last few days.

If Markus is part of AROS then by and by you will get it, if not then its up to you to be nicer to him than you were to me.

@Bloodline

If that is the case then I apologise, but reading through the stuff that has been posted over the last 24 hours or so it has put me in a total rage. Not the most mature of states to be in but hey, Ive been mostly away from this scene proper for a few weeks so to come back and be so rudely reminded of the mentality of the few has put me there.

The reason I finger some AROS people is (a) Smithy, his wording and comments and (b) The smileys used by Fabio indicating the tone of his responses.

How a reply to a friend in a thread offering him what I had done could snowball to what has been posted and said about me online since surprises me, or doesn't depending on whether or not I am giving the people who inhabit this scene the benefit of the doubt or not.

This is a blatant attempt to force the issue in the most public way possible.

@fabio

Entrench myself? Excuse? No. I consider this whole exercise of his a stitch up however if I was entrenching myself I wouldn't be working with Markus now would I?

@Thread

I now know where the "few hours" came from, this is due to Smithy or someone who advised him misreading too much into two of my posts, subtracting the time from one into the other.

I have sent Fabio in PM one of the directory listings that shows when the build was kicked off in October for the September build tree which is the last one I have.

@Dammy

Care to point out what part of the AROS Public License covers the transfer of source code ( not executables ) between parties that grants the AROS development team to demand any modifications made by me, from me?

Posting the respective points, with commentary on how they apply would be most helpful.

Dave.

@smithy

I dont think Im that interested in what you think my "behaviour" has been, reaping or sowing or ANN moderators views on the world, but I do appreciate your apology.
