does it boot the workbench floppy?
If so, it might just be a harddrive
or software problem.
If it worked with the bent pin before, I think
it should still work, unless something fried
because of the pin.
Amigas can occasionally invalidate the harddrives,
sometimes just waiting awhile will allow them to
validate themselves and start booting. This might take 5 minutes or more.
