Perhaps they want to create something like V-Dragon (X86 Core + Chinese language processor).
Other ideas are:  stick X86 core with PowerPC core (Multi core IC) or create an X86 instruction set decoder for PowerPC core.
What about sticking 68K core with PowerPC core?
Is the above idea possible?
Is there any market for such product?
