Amiga Inc lawyers (Shukis) had dropped the case several months ago, because lack of payment.
Today Amiga Inc had received payment from KMOS and use the same lawyer.
There is a judgment on Amiga Thendic case.
Will Amiga Inc started a counter lawsuit and try to nullified the judgment?
If they won the counter lawsuit, what happen to Genesi?
