Perhaps they use Advantech Biscuit PC board or similar boards from other vendors:

Unfortunately Transmeta have "no competition" agreement with IBM, therefore they don't offer PowerPC code morphing. If they sell it perhaps it is possible to use Transmeta + Biscuit PC + A1000 for running Amiga OS 4!
