Japanese product usually have poor manuals and poor user interface. Unless you read the manual carefully, you cann't operate the device properly. Perhaps they should re-design the user interface and re-write the manual. Perhaps they should use LinuxDA interface.
Linux DA's website.Most Japanese customers prefer to buy new gadget, if something goes wrong (unless under warranty), because the repair cost is extremely expensive, and the product is not as reliable as products for US market.
