Do Morph OS team "Steal' the tape /disk that contain OS 3.X source code? How this happen? Do Morph OS "reverse engineer" OS 3.X?    Do they put a spy / mole inside Amiga Inc?

In other companies; source codes are closely guarded secret; (except Linux / open source). The source code are the "crown jewels"  / main IP of the company.  What is the security measures against "Industrial spy" inside Amiga Inc?
