Wireless USB

The initial speed of WUSB is 480 Mbps and in the future it will reach 1 Gbps.

The vendors plan to use it for:
WUSB Keyboard, Mouse, Hard Disk, DVD, printer etc.

Will this technology replace all PC cables in the future, except Power Cable?

Is it possible to create LCD/display unit with WUSB that display HDTV / high definition video output from the PC?

Is it possible to create AmigaOne / Pegasos board with WUSB?

The Wireless USB 1.0 specification is available.

http://www.usb.org/developers/wusb/

Is it possible to use this standard on future Amy or Pegasos boards?
Will the board use the Freescale's Wireless USB version?

Perhaps there will be an internal converter/hub from Wired USB to Wireless USB.

From CommsDesign:

Freescale Semiconductor touts its own, direct-sequence spin of wireless USB.
The Freescale products are a straight port of USB 2.0 to a wireless medium, rather than a "ground up" redesign for wireless, and lack the support of the USB Implementers Forum.
