The existing chips on my 2M CV64 are part no. NN514260J-60. I would guess more of the same type would be used.
A quick
google search brought me to the
chip directory where they're listed as 256Kx16, Fast Page mode. The problem is that you will need to find right type of chips to fit the sockets.
