SteveD: An Amiga motherboard needs certain voltages at certain amperages. period. The PSU HAS to convert the input voltage. .. To +/- 5VDC, and +/- 12VDC, I think. Please, get more info from ppl. here... esp. AmigaKit
if you're not convinced.
