@Hyperspeed. Yeah, I believe the original 'Virtuality' VR games used Amigas, not sure of what model, tho. As mentioned, the Battletech outpost multi-player games had an A3000 in each 'cockpit', how's that for an expensive video game! They did use a crummy Mac to print out the 'battle rreport' tho.....
I played both at GenCon here in milwaukee many years ago.
(they also had like 20 A500's running various classic Amiga games, Walker, being the favorite)

Hold on a second... wasn't Xoops censoring the word 'cock(/pit)'?

:-D

I wonder what games would make the Top 10 of the Virtual Reality genre for Amiga. Quake would have to be placed somewhere.

Wonder if the Battletech source-code is floating about...

:-)

Walker was a great game, a very impressive blaster.

'Cockpit' sorry, I forgot that it is illegal to write 99% of the words I use everyday.....

I would also like to check out the Battletech source, and I don't know a thing about programming...

And, I must admit, I still fire up Walker now and then...too bad Psygnosis sold thier soul to Sony... :madashell:
