AROS and MorphOS developers/porters are free to post their own news items, if indeed they are 'very rarely mentioned in a news item' as you say then perhaps they should post more often. Although I feel you are wrong I often log on I see new developments on both of these alternative 'platforms' eg. AMC news from phoenixkonsole and announcements about Icaros Desktop from paolone.

I love the view that just because something has the name Amiga attached to it, it is somehow anymore of an amigaOS that the alternatives.
