As long as you have a good resident virus scanner in my case FreeAVGfrom grisoft.  Spybot spyware with tea-timer resident shield, running through a hardware and software firewall you are pretty safe.

As long as your not mental enough to install things which pop-up on sites like this, or open attachements is dodgey emails.
