my trusted enhancers are:

1.Tinymeter
  -So many things that can be configured.
2.Backclock
  -somehow it is cooler than the workbench 3.9 one.
3.freemouse
  -now I can fully concentrate mouse movement
  in the fingers and wrist, instead of the whole arm.
