Not natively, but through
UAE (the Amiga Emulator). Thus you can emulate all the custom chips that are not present in the new motherboards. You really don't have to worry, a G3/G4 is fast enough, so it performs well.
* How about the joypads? Will it work also work?
The Joystics (the good old ones) can be used with a
Catweasel card, the new ones (joypads with analog sticks etc. etc.) can be used with USB ports.
