Yes, you'll need the 3.1 ROM. That's when I bought it for my trusty A4000D :-D Great enhancement, really enjoyed the change from the patched 3.0, to the brand new OS (now I'm looking forward to buying the OS4!!!)
As for the ROM 3.5, must be the 3.1 with the "Devs/AmigaOS ROM Update modules" in it.
