add this line to your Samba:lib/smb.conf file:

Use the SWAT setup deamon, by typing http://localhost:901 . This allows you to edit the smb.conf file through an HTML interface.
Leave the pcguest account to access your shares (at the beginning just to make sure everything works, then you fine tune your setup for security)

Enable the smbd & nmbd deamons.
That's all I can remember now...
