An excellent site!

Would it be possible to get a 3.2 ROM image from the Walker for use in WinUAE?!!

Unfortunately in 1996, the Walker would have required a much better specification than that shown to have stood any chance of being successful. IMHO, Amiga fans would have bought it anyway, but it would have attracted few new users with it's outdated (by 1996) AGA chipset and relatively slow processor compared to what was available from the competition. Remember that by 1996 the PC was hugely popular and there was also the Playstation for games!

Steve.

If I can get KS / WB 3.2 off it I will but I'll need help.

I'll help! :-) You just need to use transrom that comes with WinUAE to get an image file of the 3.2 ROM. Perhaps somebody else could explain the exact useage details of transrom? It's a while since I used it!

Can an Amiga HD be read in a PC?

Yes it can, using WinUAE. Just plug the hard disk into the PC as you would with any other hard disk, but DON'T do anything to it in Windows. It will show in the PC's BIOS at startup but it won't show as a drive letter in Windows Explorer. When you load WinUAE, just select the "Add Hardrive" option on the 'Hard Drives' page, and choose the Amiga hard drive from the pull-down list.
