I'm afraid that eBay won't do anything because of this...
He contacted me outside Ebay after I didnt win an 8mb 1200 card, said he had one and sent me the pics. I said ok but thought it was cheeky as its againt ebays rules to do so, but I paid for it through PAYPAL.
PayPal won't do anything either, because PayPal Buyer Protection doesn't apply to items sold outside of eBay.
The moral of the story: Don't deal outside of eBay!
The seller should still be shot though.
