The hard way ?

Tape the mobo to make sure nothing gets spilled under ICs or such like.

Find a small drill (1-2mm, depending on size of the screws).
Find someone with a steady hand.
Find someone holding prayers for your A4000  :-P

Another possibilty.

Tape the mo.........
Get an Dremel or such like with a cutting-blade.
Find some......
Find some......
Cut a new slit into the screw-head.
