The question is:

Do you need this right now ?

The ACA630 costs about twice the (small) ACA1230 and the proposed ACA520 should be in the same price region.

So by the time it gets released you'd be able to buy an ACA520 as adapter + an ACA1230 to connect to it for the same price as an ACA630 (which will need your DIY adapter) and you get more RAM and an IDE-interface thrown in for free.
1. Make an announcment.
2. Wait a while.
3. Check if it can actually be done.
4. Wait for someone else to do it.
5. Start working on it while giving out hillarious progress-reports.
6. Deny that you have ever announced it
7. Blame someone else
