Well, you will allways need a 110V-PSU (or a converter).

The 1084 should all sync between 45 and 65Hz, so no prob here, and
even if, it could be fixed by a small solder job on the Amiga-mobo.

The big downer is that the Euro miggies run at 7.09MHz (14.18 for
the A1200) wile US ones  run at a frigging fast 7.14(14.28)MHz  :-P
Can again be easily changed (even with just a genlock this time, for those
who are solder-allergic) :-P
1. Make an announcment.
2. Wait a while.
3. Check if it can actually be done.
4. Wait for someone else to do it.
5. Start working on it while giving out hillarious progress-reports.
6. Deny that you have ever announced it
7. Blame someone else
