hehe yeah, they are targetting different markets, don't you know?

Sure they are targeting differnet markets, which doesn't mean that
they don't have the right to appear on "our" one.

Oh wait I forgot "we" don't want choice, and "we" don't want to
know what others may have to offer.

Damn bPlan !! Offering a updated/new OS for our beloved SW and it
even runs on brandnew PPC-HW, how dare they !!
Burn em burn em ...
1. Make an announcment.
2. Wait a while.
3. Check if it can actually be done.
4. Wait for someone else to do it.
5. Start working on it while giving out hillarious progress-reports.
6. Deny that you have ever announced it
7. Blame someone else

@Red
One month is soooo short ? :-x

Thendic are not claiming that, and the only think the could
lead an allready biased mind are two (stone-old) statements on
MorphOS.de which could be seen that way (but only if really
really want to).

They are just offering an alternative, and if someone thinks
their marketing violates the "Gesetz gegen unlauteren Wettbewerb"
(which doesn't include the word "parasetic), then they can
sue bPlan. Endless whinning about it in public forums may please
those who are allready 100% on their side, but probraly noone else.

You know that's kind of funny coming from the guy who makes sure there are negative comments to every A1/OS4 announcement.

When I read something that doesn't make sense or missleading "news",
I  speak-out, and if technical issues discussed I add my comments.

MorphOS is "new", but as it also allows old AOS-SW to be used
it is also an "updated" OS, just like you could "update" from Win3.x
to OS/2.

I do only "attack" those when they are talking BS again (which
happens far to often), and I don't have a problem admitting
that Thendic has joined in in that concert lateley.

And I also try to "attack" only on technical stuff, and on
the track-record of those involved.

Press-release ?

What f***ing press-release ?

Some people were discussing OS4_on_Pegasos on ann.lu and B.Buck
made a statement where he said that this will happen (obvious)
and that it is Hyperion own problem if they don't make legal
copies available.

Sure it would have been better if he had said nothing as
telling the truth isn't always a good idea, but I fail to see that
he actually encouraged someone to do it (it had been discussed before),
or that he was trying to tell potential costumers to buy
the Pegasos as "OS_4_free_plattform".
