All iI heard sofar is that it wasn't canceled by bPlan but by 3Sat.

Maybe due to the false A1/COS4 announcment or fleecys
statement.

We'll see.

Legal issue ? Yeah I'm sure !

But I'm not so sure if this is the IP-issue.

3Sat has allready removed everything on their HP so it could be
that they thought they could be hold responsible for spreading
false information, by claiming they would show A1/COS4 and
then actually showing Pegasos/MorphOS.

Could well be they just put it on a later date to avoid this.
