Outside the case, of course! At the end of a cable. That's why the mobo needs redesign. Or perhaps some Bodega Bay type expansion.

Why do some people just insist in getting up the worst possible solution for problems that shouldn't exist in the 1st place ???

a) make a standard ATX-board with all those slots

b) make a A1200-replacement with all the bells and whistles onboard

Everything else is just pure madness.
1. Make an announcment.
2. Wait a while.
3. Check if it can actually be done.
4. Wait for someone else to do it.
5. Start working on it while giving out hillarious progress-reports.
6. Deny that you have ever announced it
7. Blame someone else
