@ElZorro

Haven't followed the full thread, but the boot-device is determined by the bootpri-parameter.

Herwego:

1. Reset Amiga and hold both mousebuttons

2. in the early-startup-menu check which device has the highest boot-pri (ignoring DF0:)

3. boot into workbench

4. start HDToolBox or similar and change the bootpri of the current boot-partition to 0

5. switch to the new boot-partition and set boot-pri to something between 1 and bootpri-DF0: (AFAIR 10 is a good number here, but it's been years since I used a classic).

6. save to disk

3. trees fingeros salutos  :-o
1. Make an announcment.
2. Wait a while.
3. Check if it can actually be done.
4. Wait for someone else to do it.
5. Start working on it while giving out hillarious progress-reports.
6. Deny that you have ever announced it
7. Blame someone else
