He probably means he is using Cybergraphics5 on a
Pegasos system under MorphOS which features the
latest version of CyberGrafx and is an Amiga
compatible system that runs on PPC. See this:

your software on the Pegasos since it features
great compatibility with classic 68K software
and native PPC MorphOS programs.
