What converter is it?

Looks like 9-pin serial to RJ-11.  We use one here to convert the serial port on an old server to a "telephone plug style" jack used on an employee timeclock.  Could have other uses, but probably pretty rare to see one today.

There's a model number and date of manufacture printed on the bottom. You can see it in the picture. Google?
