Mode promote it to use one of the HDMI screenmodes?

You need to have P96 installed in order for the screenmodes to show up.  ;)

I don't know anything about the Vampire HDMI output, but I assume it uses some kind of Amiga screenmode for its display, correct?  If you go into the regular Workbench Screenmode Prefs program, what shows up in the list?

Hummm. I don't think I would like that at all. You mean someone can't just stick a Vampire in their system and then install "regular 3.9", perhaps with some updated math libraries, or the like? Perhaps that's a question for a different thread. ;)
