The workbench on this is Classic workbench, which has scalos enabled plus whdload.
Classic Workbench changes many other things besides Scalos. IMHO unless you need the partition for something else, I'd wipe it and just install a fresh install of whatever Workbench version of your choosing. Sorry I can't be of more help, but I really hate that software!
I guess check in your WBStartup folder, Startup-Sequence, and User-Startup for any programs pertaining to Scalos. Comment those lines out and see if it goes away? Good luck!
