A lot of people would be happy to pay money for this (with the exception of the cheapskate Amigans who expect everything for free).  What we have is a lack of developers.

And then god-forbid you develope something and post about it in the forums, where you get sh** all over by certain users. It's a lose-lose situation. :(

As for getting sh*t on, I didn't join this forum to make enemies, and I regret any bad feelings I might have caused. I'm sorry if you thought I was just being a smartass.

I was thinking of a a thread a few days ago where THoR announced an update to his libraries and tools that went wildly off-topic and turned pretty insulting (IMHO).  Not that that kind of behavior isn't the norm around here, lol!  :(

This talk about porting modern browsers has been going on for years. In all that time a new browser could've been developed from scratch.

I'd *still* pay good money for an update to Ibrowse!  :(

How would one go about becoming an Ibrowse 2.5 beta tester?

Flash is dead, and good riddance. I've removed it from all of our business machines and blocked further installs, with the exception of a handful of machines that still need to access outdated sites (for example, vendor sites that host their own videos instead of just putting them on YouTube).

Finally got around to implementing that "hack" to Ibrowse last night which forces it to use tls mode instead of ssl and was *very* surprised at how many sites became accessible again. If only the devs could get it together and continue updating that application. :(
