Nice!  Looks like some variation of an Apollo 1240, with its battery removed.  Those guys went through about a million different design iterations.  Check it out here:

Hard to make out the oscillator from your photo but I'd guess you have a 33MHz model.

Also that link appears to show how to attach a fan, just connect it to the points shown in the photo.  Note that you may be unable to close your trapdoor slot if the fan is on the bottom, but plenty of folks leave that open, or lift the entire system up on larger feet (for better airflow, etc.).  Good find!  :)

I can make it faster? 68060? Anybody here is able to do it? I live in US.

I'll take a screen from sys info.

Huh.  Somebody's definitely been modding that board already.  But in any case, yes, certainly upgradable!

A quick google search turns up multiple hits, including a thread on Amibay from a guy offering the upgrade service, etc.

I wonder if Acill would be interested in offering that service, along with all the other repairs he does, also?  ;)  http://www.amiga.org/forums/showthread.php?t=70747

72-pin SIMM.  The faster the better (I'd look for 60n's).  May need single sided for proper fit in a desktop chassis.  I think there's an optional second slot that can be fitted on the backside.
