So if you plug RCA cables into both ports, you get no sound at all?

I'd go back to whoever did the recapping, it's possible that the wrong cap got slipped in there somewhere, or one is a little bit loose?

If I recall his posts correctly, he doesn't have diagnostic equipment for Amiga's, or a test bench setup.  Might need to bump it on up the chain to the next guy, Mr. Antarctica, what's his name, Anthony?

Sounds like you may have other problems besides just caps, though.  Good luck!
