What is the problem?

Operator error?

Try downloading the latest version of WHDLoad, or check where you got your slave from.  You may need to try a different slave or install, or set tooltypes to your specific system.  Most WHDLoad games should work fine with a minimum of 4MB fast / 2MB chip.  Of course they will work better with an '030/AGA/more memory.  I know for a fact Gauntlet 2 works, I play it all the time.  ;)

I don't know how it is necessary to set the whdload.prefs, and the programs tooltypes, let the programs work well.
I never used the Whdload system. I am a beginner user.
I download this: http://whdload.de/whdload/WHDLoad_18.2_dev.lzx
I copy the C and S folders to my WB 3.1 folders, and ready.
I believed that will work simply with 2+4 MB everything.
This little?
Startup sequence? Other?

That's the wrong version.  You need WHDLoad_usr_small.lha (from my link in previous post).  Use the installer to put the necessary files into C:, you may also need some Kickstart images depending on the version of ROM you have (i.e., if you're running a 2.04 ROM, you may need a Kick image for 1.3 ROM for games that require it).  There's also many tooltypes - some are set by a "master file" in S:, others are set individually per game in the icon properties.  Some common ones are to switch between PAL & NTSC, PRELOAD, NOAUTOVEC, NOMMU, etc.  But they vary by system.

Usually some fiddling is required to find the right settings for specific games, especially if you have a modded or accelerated system.  Once you get the hang of it it's pretty easy, and you'll learn what settings work best for your system, then you can set these in the master file.  You should probably spend some quality time with the instruction manual.  ;)
