LOL. Around these parts we would just call it a monitor stand. Google, plenty of examples of how to make your own, or if you want one that's Amiga-specific, try posting a "wanted" ad over on Amibay. Maybe even email a few Amiga retailers, maybe they've got some kicking around collecting dust in the back, somewhere.
