Wow, that is some rotten luck!  :(

Probably a dumb suggestion, but why not just get a native PATA-interface SSD, and prep it directly in the Amiga?  Then you won't have to deal with any daisy-chained interfaces, Windows 10 hassles, etc.  IMHO that's what I'd do.  ;)
