I cannot see why a used motherboard would cost more than the price of a new one.
The seller looks like an Amiga shop, or a computer shop. Look at some of their other items for sale, even their icon is Amiga-related. Or maybe they're liquidating an Amiga shop? Look at

Maybe this ebay account is just them trying to get rid of some things that didn't sell in the store? Mark it up, see if it goes, no-harm, no-foul, if it doesn't? I could see other stores doing this. Sell your wares in any way, shape, or form possible, right?
