I installed Peter K's new icons library once & it befuddle the he!! outta me...:confused: so I removed it, which was hard to do. I love my Glow Icons though! 
Peter K.'s icon.library works with all formats of icon, including GlowIcons. It just makes the redrawing of them soooo much faster.
In 3.9 all you need to do is drop it in libs:. Under OS 3.1 you need to use something like LoadModule to get it to load on boot (and replace the version that's in ROM).
I rate Peter K.'s icon.library 10/10, would buy again!!++++
