Amiga "pregnant" mouse

The three button ones like yours was, yes.  Had one back in the day, was the best mouse I ever had on an Amiga.  I had a "want to buy" post open on Amibay for one a while back, think I had my post up for a year and not a single person offered to sell me one.  Obviously don't need anymore thanks to Cocolino, but the three button "pregnant" mouse still has a fond spot in my heart.

What kind of Amiga mouse is pregnant? I have a four different types of original Commodore mouses.
