The hardest part is always finding a location to meet. Unless someone happens to have a very large house... my crappy rented-off-craigslist-basement is close to my main job and derby practice, but not at all suited for get-togethers. My office has several conference rooms that could work, but it would have to be late at night or on a weekend, to make sure no sales folks get interrupted by Amigan's traipsing through the office.
Also the location (Gainesville VA, near Manassas) isn't very centrally located.
@Bigbronc's house in Maryland was good for the few meetings we had last year, but I don't believe he's active anymore?
