Are you just trying to transfer ADF disk images from PC to Amiga? If so you might want to pick up the kit described here:
http://www.amiga.org/forums/showthread.php?t=62243 I used that successfully many times to transfer files between modern Win7 PC's and my Amigas, before I upgraded them to include CD drives. Now when I want to transfer files between systems I just burn them to RW discs. Disregard all the negative comments on that thread, as long as your ports aren't damaged and you use good quality floppy disks, you'll be fine.
