Ha, I know the feeling, having some pressing question and then having to wait for someone to come along and help. I don't own the AGA version but have seen a lot of forum posts about how the config tool is like rocket science. The ECS version tool is simple, by comparison. I guess you could start by saying if you've downloaded the latest version? Also search the forums, there have been many posts on this subject before. Good luck!
