I'd guess 1MB chip, 1MB slow-fast memory (that's why the wire attached to the Gary chip, with the extra 1MB of memory chips attached to the bottom of the circuit board near the trapdoor port).  Slow-fast is added in the same address space as an ICD AdRam would use... that's why the wire attached to Gary.  Switches are to toggle 2M/1M/512K, perhaps?  Just a guess!  Fun stuff though, looks like somebody really knew what they were doing!  ;)

What's the circuit board down near the trapdoor port, then?  Perhaps OP could try to lift up on it, or post a pic of the bottom?
